Vintage Halloween Blog Party

Welcome everyone to the 2010 Vintage Halloween Blog Party.

I love hosting these Vintage Holiday Parties. This party completes a whole year of being a hostess. I started with Vintage Christmas almost a year ago!

It has given me an opportunity to meet many lovers of vintage and to see hundreds of wonderful holiday treasures. Hopefully you have enjoyed yourselves too!

I have sold most of my vintage holiday decorations over the years, but I still have this full size vintage skeleton that came from the Estate of a local school teacher.

Here he is hanging on my front door.

I have recently sold this vintage black cat key holder, but Halloween means black cats to me so I wanted to share it.

I took it right off the kitchen wall at an Estate Sale. Isn't it cute???

Now it is your turn to share your Vintage Halloween Treasures. Keep in mind that this is a blog party to share your ViINTAGE items. Be sure to visit the other participants and leave comments so they know you have been there.

Here are the simple instructions to link up to the party:
* just copy/paste the web address of the specific blog post, not your blog home page.
* add a title of the project in the appropriate box.
* choose the best picture so we can easily see what you have to share.
(it will give you an opportunity to choose a picture when you are linking up)

AND

I request that you link back to this post in your post or on your sidebar:
That way more people can come and join the party!!
Use Mr. Skull, and copy the address of this post and add it to top or bottom of your post and/or sidebar.

ENJOY!

  5. I am glad you saved some of your vintage Halloween things. I have not seen many of these. However, when I was growing up such as these decorations were not around.

  13. Joan, the black cat key hook would fit right into my house of black cats out for Halloween.
Fun to see what everyone has to share. My things all have a vintage feel, but can't say that they are actually vintage. Most have been in my Halloween box for 20+ years, but many are from recent years from artists who are creating vintage inspired pieces. Otherwise, I would have joined right in with this last party. It's been a fun year! Thanks for hosting. ~ Sarah

My fave vintage Halloween items are my black top hats and my vintage silhouettes. Well that might not be exactly Halloween items for some people, but for me they are!
